     * Organizes trainings, for the formation and development of health and safety awareness,

     * Adopts a positive approach to the cooperation requests of all stakeholders in its ecosystem and aims to improve the awareness about work accidents and occupational diseases by sharing experiences, knowledge and good practices,

     * To provide the necessary conditions for all employees to use personal protective equipment regularly and to minimize risks in the workplace by inspecting them,

     * Checks the suitability of all machines used in the workplace for safe use and ensures machine safety,

     * Takes the necessary actions to ensure that emergency procedures and evacuation plans are known to all employees,

     * Optimizes working conditions, equipment and work arrangements to protect the health of employees

     * Minimizes the risk of fire by taking measures such as maintenance and control of fire extinguishing equipment and fire drills
