Office Personnel
For every job vacancy, we have special skill set criteria defined for that specific position. When we recruit, we look for these previously determined skill sets & competencies and their level. Based on job qualifications, we also evaluate relevant field experience and language skills of our candidates. After English language test and technical skill test, if required; we conduct interviews with candidates.

Production Personnel
Candidates who would like to join our company as Production Personnel requires below criteria:

  • High school/vocational school graduate,
  • Aged below 30.

As part of their application process, candidates firstly enter job examination and preliminary physical examination. After successful completion, candidates take hand skills test.

We believe continous development in our employees. Under "Leadership Approach (LEAP)" umbrella, we offer specific training paths for each employee grade and ensure their constant development.
We also enable our employees to grow further via traditional "on the job development" training strategy and learn by experience.
Besides this, we have specific leadership trainings for promotion candidate employees and for newly promoted employees.

Technical & Vocational High School Internship

Every year, we offer part time internship (3 days a week) opportunity to students studying at Technical & Vocational High Schools located near Düzce.

We consider this project as one of our social responsibility activities and provide high school students with real work experience in order to contribute to their growth.
